My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and spacious with our own pool, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The service was friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for accessing downtown Da Nang and the airport, offering a lovely and tranquil environment. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of local and international options. Overall, a luxurious retreat with some minor service timing inconveniences.
The hotel was a bit on the old and tired side in terms of room decor but was immaculate and serviced daily. The service was amazing and very attentive, going the extra mile to meet our needs. The location was nice, although the initial welcome could have been better. The dining experience was excellent with a vast selection of choices. When we arrived at the hotel, we were a bit disappointed by the dated and poor condition of the rooms, especially considering the price we paid, which looked nothing like the photos online. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even surprising us with small mindful gifts during turndown service. The location was very convenient for exploring downtown Da Nang and the airport, with beautiful surroundings and excellent poolside service. The dining experience was fantastic, offering delicious options throughout the resort, including the swimming pool area. Overall, Fusion Maia resort had its ups and downs, but we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel lacks warmth and character at this price point, resembling an office environment, though the spa experience extends to dull treatment rooms. Friendly service is a highlight, with efficient buggy services available. The location is excellent, with direct beach access and proximity to cultural sites. The dining options are varied and delicious, catering to local and international tastes.
